Translucent cobalt blue and opaque white.
Plano-convex oval with thin irregular white layer as backing to blue. Pierced with two small holes.
Molded into a rosette of six petals in high relief, and added central dot.
One large weathered chip; dulling, pitting of opaque white, and some iridescent weathering.
