Translucent blue, opaque red, and uncertain color, possibly opaque yellow.
Ovoid with irregular flat back; two large pads applied to sides of head with headband across forehead; vertical hole under chin. No trace of suspension loop at the top of the head.
Deep-set eye sockets, snub nose, and prominent lips; headband decorated with spiral trail.
Intact except for applied eyes; dulling, pitting, and brownish enamel-like weathering.
