Glass lentoid bottle
Translucent green; handles and trails in same color.
Broad, everted rim, with plain rounded lip and oval mouth; cylindrical neck, expanding slightly downwards; lentoid body, with shallow indents at top on both sides; thick, narrow bottom, slightly flattened, with circular pontil scar; two rod handles applied in large claw pads, drawn up vertically, then folded in to trail decoration around neck and pressed flat, then drawn up again and trailed off on edge of rim.
Trail wound once around underside of rim; another trail wound once around middle of neck; body decorated in relief with twenty-four ribs, which swirl down from left to right, fading towards bottom.
Body intact, but part of one handle missing, with weathered breaks; pinprick bubbles and blowing striations; dulling, faint iridescence, and small patches of thick creamy white weathering on exterior, soil encrustation and iridescent weathering on interior.
