Series of Vases after the Antique
Series of twelve vases after the antique, engraved by Antonio Veneziano dated 1530-1531. The prints were later published again by Antonio Salamanca. This set comes from the collection of Hippolyte Destailleur and was part of a larger album that has been taken apart at the MMA. The prints have been rebound in a new order following Miller 1999 rather than the order in which Destailleur's prints were organized. His numbering system is retained on the sheets.
