Design for a rectangular, Islamic pattern. The outline of the pattern describes a rectangle with triangular notches in all four sides. The overall pattern is built up out of one continuous line which overlaps and intersects. The overlapping lines form six eight-pointed stars organized in two columns. The compartments in between are cross-shaped.
