Design for a Wall Elevation with a Large Mirror and Sofa (Fourth Floor)
Design for a period style wall elevation with a large mirror and sofa of canape in the middle bay. Flanking the mirror are two painted panels showing a young woman leaning against a column on the left and on the right a young man who seems to be drawing her portrait. The panels are reminiscent of works by Francois Boucher. On both ends of the wall a door is placed with a cameo-style medaillon as a dessus-de-porte.
