Round design for a dish or a tazza. In a central compartment Neptune is depicted with four horses and a large shell. In the wide frieze surrounding the compartment sea gods and hybrid sea creatures are depicted together with putti and dolphins. The design is characterized by a strong, muscly rendering of the figures in a dynamic composition.
