Symmetrical blackwork design with a large oval at center with a Schweifwerk pattern. At bottom left and right two pendants with Schweifwerk in ovals hang from foliate scrolls with flowers and pea-pod elements in the upper corners. Plate 8 from a series of eight plates published in Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne (Ain) with blackwork designs for goldsmiths' work.
