Design for the Palace of Perseus, with rows of statues between columns at either side of the gallery. Several soldiers in the forefront flee, as an army is seen entering in the background. From a series of six prints with designs for stage sets all seen through a proscenium. The series was first published in 1702 by the artist himself and included in both oeuvre publications.
