Horizontal panel with a triumphal arch with three passageways. The tall central passageway is arched and crowned with a pediment with a bas-relief. At left and right, shorter rectangular openings with shells in lunettes above. At either side of the central arch are obelisks with flaming balls on top, decorated with portrait medallions. In front of the obelisk at left, a statue of Victory; at right, Hercules. From a group of four prints belonging to a series of six plates with designs for triumphal arches and city gates.
