Lamqua Chinese

Not on view

Design for a hall lamp in the shape of a Chinese palace lantern. The lantern consists of two parts, attached by thin cords. The top part is shaped like a hexagonal baldachin with tassels hanging down from the six protruding tips. The body of the lantern also has a hexagonal shape, with painted glass sides which taper towards the bottom.
