This print is bound in Volume I of Oeuvres. Jombert published his collection of Le Pautre in 1751. Volume I contains "desseins... pour la décoration des maisons, etouches, edifices;." This print is part of a series of six plates depicting paneling in the Italian style. This series was published by Pierre II Mairette in 1659, by Nicolas I Langlois, by Antoine Trouvain, and by Jombert in 1751.
