This print is bound in Volume III of Oeuvres. Jombert published his collection of Le Pautre in 1751. Volume III contains "desseins d'orfeverie, serrurerie, etc.;" This print is part of a series of four plates depicting trophies in the antique style. The series was published by Jean II Leblond in 1680 and was republished by Samuel Sympson.
