The central panel depicts the Madonna and Child enthroned with angels, Saints Nicholas of Bari (?) and Bartholomew, and donors, one of them a Franciscan monk. The left wing depicts Saint Francis Receiving the Stigmata and (above) the Angel of the Annunciation. The right wing depicts the Crucifixion and (above) the Virgin Annunciate.
