Vase

Designer Emile Lenoble French

Not on view

Like his friend Decoeur, Lenoble experimented with the interaction of form and decoration. This large ovoid vase is well suited to drip glazing, a technique favored by studio potters in which the glaze was allowed to flow freely over the form without intervention.
