Oval vase with fragment of linen tied on top
This small oval cosmetic vase was covered with a scrap of linen and placed inside a small wooden box with a sliding lid (27.3.6). The box was then placed inside a larger, similarly constructed box, along with four additional cosmetic vessels. Also from this tomb are an offering tray, a rush bag, a silver ring, a copper chisel, and four linen marks, one of which bore the name of Queen Neferu, wife of Mentuhotep II.
