Bowl decorated with phoenixes, clouds, and chrysanthemums
Common motifs on this bowl create complementary yet distinct interior and exterior designs. White lines at the center and rim separate registers filled with small floral and geometric patterns. In the center, four phoenixes fly among wispy clouds, their beaks and feathers accented in black. The segmented exterior is predominantly decorated with large scrolling patterns, lotus leaves, and four chrysanthemums in roundels.
