Baseball trade cards commonly known as "Baseball Comics," "Baseball Comics Up to Date," or "Mayo's Baseball Comics," from the T203 series. The set of 25 cards was issued in 1900 to promote Mayo's Cut plug or Winner Cut Plug tobacco brands. Each card verso carried an advertisement for either Mayo's or Winner Cut Plug, although the Mayo cards are much more common. Each card in this set is affixed to the original album page so that the verso advertisements are not visible. At the end of the set, however, Burdick included an example of a Mayo's Cut Plug verso as well as a Winner Cut Plug verso.
