Plate 8 with a design for a ewer, facing right and characterized by numerous masks. From the first part of a series of 48 plates with designs in the Auricular style, predominantly after Adam van Vianen although some might be designs by his son Christaen. The designs were etched by Theodoor van Kessel and published in Amsterdam by Christaen van Vianen around 1646-1652.
