Plate 6 of a series of designs of fountains. This design shows a pedestal topped by a shell from which water jets on the sides into shells held by mermen. On the pedestal is a garland and an inscription. In front of it on a rock composition are two almost nude young women holding and leaning on jar souting water into a gadrooned rectangular basin.
