Bowl, Bird
An exciting visual style emerged in the 1320s among ceramic artists near the Four Mile site in present-day east-central Arizona. Painters there began painting the entire surface of bowls, ollas, and effigy vessels in a bright polychrome scheme of red-orange, black, and white.
