From top to bottom, and left to right:
Design appears to be unfinished and stems from the top left corner of an uncompleted rectangle. It is decorated with multiple flowers, a serpentine creature with a long dotted tongue, a bird, and a butterfly. The entire design seems to have been draw (or bound) upside down.
