From top to bottom, and left to right:
Design composed of 6 vertical columns printed upon a grid. First column is decorated with curving vines with leaves that are solid black and white with dots. Second column is decorated with a pattern of twisting leaves that form a coiling line. Third column is decorated with a curving vine of leaves. Fourth column is decorated with a curving vine of black leaves, white dotted leaves, a 4-petaled flower, an acorn, and a piece of fruit. Fifth column is decorated with a curving vine of 2- and 3-sided leaves. Sixth column is decorated with vines that create an alternating pattern of backward and frontward 'S's.
