From top to bottom, and left to right:
Design is for a lock plate and is in the shape of a rectangle. At the top of the design is a frieze decorated in the center with a composite nude figure with a head and limbs that form twisting vines of leaves, grotesque heads, and nude human torsos. Below this frieze is a key hole that is surrounded by foliage and ornamental architectural elements. A bird is perched on top of the key hole.
