Theatrical costume: woman's gown
Drawing, design for a woman's costume, part of a group of 88 costume designs by Vincente Minnelli. The costume consists of a long, off-shoulder light green gown with long puff sleeves and a train, worn with a silver and fuchsia brooch on the left side of the waist, and matching necklance and bracelets. The hair is pulled up, worn with a fuchsia headpiece with ribbons and feathers (?), revealing small, fuchsia studs. A fuchsia purse or muff completes the outfit.
