Schiavone's print is a copy in the same orientation of the central portion of Marcantonio Raimondi's engraving after Raphael, commonly known as 'Quos Ego' (B.XIV.264.352); Richardson also suggests Schiavone may have copied a copy in reverse of Marcantonio's engraving by Giovanni Antonio da Brescia
