19th plate of album with 60 19th-century costume plates and 1 drawing of mostly women's historical costumes, featuring a variety of designs for traditional costumes from different parts of the world, as well as costumes for literary characters, including Esmeralda. This plate consists of a woman wearing a mint-green gown with strips of dark gray ribbon bows and a hooded cape, lined with dark red and decorated with more dark-gray ribbon bows. She wears light blue stockings and dark gray low heels with ribbon bows, long, white gloves, and holds a closed gray and gold fan on her hands.
