24th plate of album with 60 19th-century costume plates and 1 drawing of mostly women's historical costumes, featuring a variety of designs for traditional costumes from different parts of the world, as well as costumes for literary characters, including Esmeralda. This plate consists of a woman wearing a Turk costume made up of a long-sleeved, knee-length, soft-pink dress bordered with yellow, green and red, a blue vest with yellow, green and red scrolling motifs on the front over soft green pantaloons, and a yellow belt with green, orange and red scrolling motifs. She wears a red hat with golden details and a white feather on her head, golden hoop earrings and beaded necklace, and brown shoes. She holds a brown string instrument in her arms.
