30th plate of album with 60 19th-century costume plates and 1 drawing of mostly women's historical costumes, featuring a variety of designs for traditional costumes from different parts of the world, as well as costumes for literary characters, including Esmeralda. This plate consists of a woman wearing a Toreador costume, made up of matching light blue jacket and knee-lenght skirt, both decorated with silver embroidered rosettes and tassels, over a white shirt with a black bow tie, and white stockings, worn withh black slippers. A pink belt is tied around her waist and hangs to the front-left side, also embroidered with silver rosette motifs and with hanging silver tassels on the end. Her hair is pulled back in short braids, and she holds a large piece of brown, silky fabric on one hand, which rests on her hip. The other hand holds a bundle of ribbons of different colors (blue, green, pink, and red), and a small, red rose. A black Torero hat with a small, blue pompom lies on the floor behind her.
