A collection of six engravings of religious subjects
This is a small folio of six engravings by Cantú and two by Carlos Alvarado Lang. 250 sets were printed of which this is number 102. The folio was published for the Christmas collection of Luis García Lecuona who provides a brief introduction. The prints are not bound and housed a cover that has a title and prints by Cantú on the front and back. On the front is the Virgin and Child and on the back the ex libris of García Lecuona. Each print by Cantú is preceeded by a sheet of transparent paper stamped with a title and the date of the print. Some of these dates do not correspond with those on the engraved plates.
