Eighteenth plate of album with 20 pochoir pattern plates, titled "Bouquets et Frondaisons" (Flowers and foliage), created by Émile-Allain Séguy and published in Paris by Charles Massin and in New York by Brentano's around 1925. The plate contains three ornamental designs, possibly for textiles or wallpapers, with lively, semi-abstract motifs inspired from nature. The first design is made up of a vertical garland of semi-abstract flowers, executed with orange and shades of purple, with small, offsetting, scrolling leaves, colored with green and black, on a dark purple ground. The second design is made up of alternating rectangular frames of two sizes, outlined with green, the larger ones containing birds, colored with shades of green, and leaves, colored with shades of brown and metallic brown, on white ground, and the smaller ones containing branches with leaves and round fruits, executed with shades of green and brown on white grounds, over a striped background colored with two light shades of brown. The third design is made up of thin, horizontal, undulating branches with leaves, colored with shades of green, and semi-abstract flowers, colored with shades of brown and purple, on a green background with black triangles.
