Tobacco insert card from the "Mutt and Jeff" series (T88), issued with Sweet Caporal Little Cigars, Derby Little Cigars, Sweet Caporal Tobacco Wrapper, and Sovereign Little Cigars by Kinney Brothers Tobacco Company. The versos of this type 2 series contain the instructions to "rub the point of a lead pencil or silver coin over the face of the card on the opposite side and see what will appear." The "Mutt and Jeff" comic strip was created by Bud Fisher, and the backs of the cards state they were illustrated by Bud Fisher, T.E. Powers, R.L. Goldberg, Tad (Dorgan), and Gus Mager.
