This evening dress of white taffeta has an allover chine pattern in a paisley motif in black. The bias-cut torso folds over to form a cuff across the neckline. There are narrow chiffon shoulder straps. A padded band of self-fabric accentuates the dropped waistline. The floor-length evening dress has a full outer skirt with two layers of large ruffle at the hem, which is supported by an underskirt of two taffeta flounces and horsehair.
