This drawing contains the front elevation and floorplan of of an oriel window meant for the tower of Lyndhurst at Tarrytown. The sheet has been ruled horizontally along the full height of the elevation to indicate the exacting proportions of the design. The floorplan has been similarly ruled, but with vertical lines along its width. Various measurements are given for the overall height, width and depth of the window as well as individual components. A scale is added below the floorplan.
