Lid with tab from the Movie Stars series (large lid) (F5-7a), issued by Dixie Cup of the Individual Drinking Cup Company, Inc. as a lid for personal cups of ice cream. Distributed by multiple companies. Ninth set of movie star lids. 24 lids in set to be collected and put in album. "Brown/black" colored with advertising on other side. Blue lids were issued in even years from 1938 to 1952, while either brownish or "wine" colored lids were issued every odd year. A third size lid was introduced in 1938.
