Embroidered blanket
The dark blue twill-woven ground of this blanket is embroidered in heavy white cotton thread with economy stitches and stem stitches. The central area is decorated with large medallions. Three sides are bordered with embroidered vines, and the top edge has small embroidered leaves. The piece is made of two panels of fabric, which have been seamed at the center.
