Pieced of one-inch-per-side silk hexagons, this quilt is completely hand stitched. The striped, changeable silk bathing is attached to the batting with diamond quilting. The quilt is bound with a silk brocade ribbon, which is finished in a bow at one corner of the quilt's back. The small individual hexagons are grouped to form concentric radiating hexagonal forms.
