Evening dress

Designer Valentina American
ca. 1935
Not on view
Valentina created designs characterized by chic silhouettes and expert couture-like construction. This evening gown, in a vibrant, yet subtle, orange crepe, exhibits the exquisite cut of her work. The knotted neckline treatment, the cut of the bodice and the floating back panel which adds dimension to the bias-cut skirt, display Valentina's simple brand of chic.
