Robe
Produced in France, this infant's robe is beautifully made in all respects with very refined details, seen in the hemstitching at the edges and the piping at the neck. Most likely, it was made to show off one's new child and it remains in remarkably good condition, perhaps never being worn. The Liliputian Bazaar at Best & Co. was probably the most exclusive department store department for children's clothing at this time.
