Door panel

Manner of Christophe Hüet French
ca. 1751
Not on view
The close parallels with Christophe Huet's paintings on the paneling of the Hôtel de Rohan (also known as the Hôtel de Strasbourg), Paris, suggest that 07.225.460 may have been made for the "cabinet des singes" and removed during subsequent remodeling, or made for another room of the hôtel.
