Description: Two-piece maple back with fine descending figure; similar ribs (rather wide) and neck; characteristic viola-type indentations at bottom of pegbox; fine-grain spruce top; single purfling; ebony pegs, nut, fingerboard, tailpiece, saddle and tail pin; orange varnish; no soundpost.
