Elaborately posed, this statue originally represented Horus striding and spearing some animal, whether an ibex as on bronze 45.2.11, a crocodile, or a hippopotamus.This is a fine statue, extensively inlaid and wearing a so-called divine kilt with a straight lower front edge.
