Mummy of Tasheriteniset with mummy mask and other cartonnage elements, also with garland of plants
Ptolemaic Period
This mummy contains the body of a woman called Tasheriteniset. Her mummy mask depicts earrings and a headband with a golden wedjat eye amulet. A long, vegetal collar was placed on her chest and she has a painted foot covering made out of linen mixed with plaster (called cartonnage).
