The lamp at left has two dolphins in profile facing one another, a half moon above their heads, with backs arched and fins touching.This is the eleventh image in a series of twelve views of oil lamps, with the tenth image (plate 51) included at the top of the same page. These two images appear facing page 40, which contains a description of the lamps.
