Page of book containing 185 leaves with a collection of lithographs, aquatints, engravings, and other media, with ornamental designs published by Fleury Chavant in Paris, part of the publication "Guide du Dessinateur de l'industrie: une macédoine de dessins variés , tels que fleurs, ornemens, etc. ... Ouvrage destiné aux fabricants et dessinateurs de soieries... et Papiers Peints..." This plate contains several ornamental designs in the forms of bundles or garlands with a variety of stylized flowers and leaves, some of them seemingly exotic. One of the bundles contains five cornucopias, and two of the smaller desins contain small, round, stylized fruits. One of the larger designs contains feather-like leaves and hanging garlands with small, stylized flowers and leaves. The designs are executed with black ink on thin, light brown paper.
