The poster draws attention to the "corruption, assassinations, and political crimes" of Gonzalo N. Santos, who was running for governor of the state of San Luis Potosí. He was notably accused of ordering the murder of two students. Holding a gun, Santos sits atop the students while his mask-wearing double uses a microphone labeled "radio lies" to address a crowd.
