Attributed to Nainsukh Indian

Not on view

This sketch fits within the body of preparatory work by the Seu family painter Nainsukh. In particular, the facial features and the drapery conventions are elements that relate to a well-known series by him. The use of light color washes provides insight into how this artist worked toward finished paintings.
