This print depicts a form Vishni—Balaji, also known as Lord Venkateswara.. Balaji is the presiding deity of Tirumala Venkateswara temple at Tirupati, Andhra Pradhesh in southwest India. Here he is enthroned within a pavilion, flanked by anthropomorphic depictions of Garuda and Hanuman, who offer obeisance.
