Two Parisian ladies wearing huge wigs prepare to go out for a drive. One, already seated in a carriage, watches as her companion is helped in by two servants, one using two hands to support her headgear from the back. The work belongs to a group of French fashion satires published around 1770 whose creator and publisher remain unidentified.
