Vase
This vase is decorated with a crystalline glaze on a fine white earthenware body. It is an example of the "Crystal Patina" glaze, one of two successful lines produced by the Clifton Art Pottery. This focus on the relationship between the ceramic body and the glaze was one development in the decoration of American art pottery.
